"State farm has been our go-to insurance company for many, many years. I live in Palm Coast, Florida and my agent is in St Augustine. I have a choice whether to use several local offices, but I don't change because of the service I get from the Brandon Thomas team, who have always been wonderful to work with.

This review is primarily about the excellent service I receive from Santana Garcia; who since the first time I worked with her, has made me feel more like a valued family member than a customer. She's extremely attentive and professional, yet she's patient and takes her time to be with me until all my needs have been addressed and resolved.
I know that whenever I call her, I'm in good hands.
